Duties

This position is located under the Human Resources and Professional Development (HRPD), Leadership and Professional Development Division (LPDD), Professional and Technical Training Development (PTTD) Branch in Glynco, GA.

Qualifications

GS-13 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the integration of technology-based learning solutions in HRPD training programs; AND Communicating with tact, diplomacy, and persuasiveness in order to support the integration of technology into new and existing training courses. Preparing in-depth reports, analysis, briefing papers, process documentation, and other written materials on the Bureau's training activities The Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP) provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
