This position is in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, providing development, case management and triage support to the the Court’s Eviction Diversion Program for Landlord and Tenant cases and ensure compliance with applicable Court rules; Court and division policies and processes; and division business processes and standard operating procedures.

- This is a temporary position that is based on one-year grant funding.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma/GED and a minimum of seven (7) years of clerical, administrative or customer service experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of experience working in a court system or legal environment.
