You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the HOUSING DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.

Duties

You will serve as a Program Analyst for the operational aspects of the Family Housing Program. You will analyze business operations, programs, and priorities to determine the degree to which performance objectives are met. You will present findings and recommendations (e.g., briefings, staff reports, project papers) of management studies for improvement of program processes. You will monitor expenditures and use cost-benefit thinking to set program priorities.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serves as advisor on all aspects of the Family Housing policies and guidance; 2) Liaison with command and other government offices to develop plans and processes for Family Housing; and 3) Perform research, analysis and studies to support a variety of housing scenarios and probabilities.
