You will serve as a Management Analyst (REIM) in the Commander, Navy Region Hawaii of NAVAL STATION.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
Duties
You will serve as Directives Controls Manager for all CAP services ensuring compliance with and administration of the directives issuance system.
You will provide training to personnel involved with drafting, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining directives.
You will recommend mitigation actions throughout the budged execution year for budget shortfalls and unfunded requirements.
You will coordinate development of the budget, consolidates reviews, receives concurrence, and ensures budget data is correctly downloaded in the budget database.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1)Utilize database and spreadsheet software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office software); 2) Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature; 3) Utilize training database systems such as Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), and Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS); 4) Evaluate and provide comprehensive guidance to command personnel on Navy program practices, policies, and procedures as Command Evaluator.
