You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (RECORDS MANAGEMENT) in the Navy International Programs Office FMS FIELD OFFICE
Duties
You will manage the organization, maintenance, use, and disposition of records at Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) following records management statutes, regulations, and policies.
You will conduct records inventories, develops taxonomies and file plans, and provides guidance on records management to staff.
You will ensure records are properly preserved and retrievable and ensure records schedules are current.
You will oversee transfer of permanent records to Federal Records Center and National Archives.
You will be responsible for creating, printing, amending, accepting applications for identity documents and serve as Navy IPO Passport facility manager and acceptance agent.
You will manage and oversee the tracking, producing, and presenting of all Civilian and Military Awards, for monthly award presentations, and retirements.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- In accordance with Security Cooperation Workforce Certification Program 2.0 requirements, incumbent must meet DoD SCW certification requirements applicable to the duties of this position.
- Incumbent must attain DoD Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) Certification and complete related continuous learning requirements and Security Cooperation Workforce Certification Program 2.0 requirements.
- Incumbent must complete DoD SCW Basic-level certification courses within one year. Requirements for Proficiency Level 1 - At least 1 year of successful SC work experience with a performance appraisal rating of 3 or better.
- Incumbent must complete DoD SCW Foundational level certification requirements within one year of entering the SC position. In addition, 40 hours of continuing education (CUE) every two years.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Researching and implementing regulations and policies that impact assigned programs and support mission requirements;
Gathering and analyzing data to recommend change in program operations;
Applying laws and regulations related to record keeping and retention; and
Presenting reports and reconciling various issues on programs such as Government Purchase Card, Records Management, Government Passport Program.
