About the Position: Serves as a point of contact for training management actions. Establishes and maintains internal personnel records and assembles and reviews all related outgoing documents for conformance to applicable procedures and regulations. Manages various training administrative processes within the office, ensuring procedures meet office needs and are consistently understood and followed by the staff.

Duties

Establishes and maintains internal personnel records, rating schemes, instructional material and ensures conformance to applicable procedures and regulations. Establishes and continually reviews, updates, and develops complex training office procedures that affect the orderly and efficient flow of work. Monitors progress and conducts follow-up on each action from the time it is assigned to an action officer until final concurrence or disposition is obtained. Serves as subject matter authority for the management and flow of training and administrative correspondence. Maintains database input by accurately tracking all tasker-related information.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
