Duties
You will lead efforts to draft, assess, refine, document, and disseminate policy issuances addressing the provision and use of Marine Corps enterprise services available to support the mission.
You will work with management, inventory, supply chain and sales teams in demand planning operations; identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans, and under the expected mission behavior across the enterprise.
You will identify and analyze Pattern of Business Activities (PBAs) to understand the levels of demands; improve decision-making through a constant evolving knowledge base, and work at every stage of a life-cycle to support mission objectives.
You will serve as the Marine Corps' subject matter expert for interpretation and application of Marine Corp and higher echelon policy and directives and provide expert assessments and opinions of policy.
You will participate in IT working groups to represent the Marine Corps user community in defining enterprise-level IT acquisition and implementation strategies.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing Command, Control, Communication and Computers and Information Technology capabilities that support Marine Corps warfighting functions.
