About the Position: This position is responsible for maintaining systems, providing technical and operational guidance for systems and tools, supporting current and future business processes, and maintaining data collection.
Duties
Provide system support for a broad range of supply system and program relationships
Assist in validating data accuracy, analyzing system and functional capability effects, and remediating issues to resolve data quality and compatibility process blocks
Assist with the documentation of system requirements to support business processes, testing system solutions to fill business needs in collaboration with functional users

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Three years of progressively responsible general work experience with one year of that experience equivalent to at least the NH-01/GS-04 grade level, which includes: (1) Experience solving problems using a variety of analytic techniques; (2) applying innovative technical solutions to make process improvements; (3) and participating in group meetings to recommend and present alternative supply approaches; OR
Successfully completed a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.); OR
Some specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have less than two years of graduate-level education as described in B. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100%. (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education by 36. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify) (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.); OR
The experience as described in A AND the education described in B. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
