About the Position: The encumbent is responsible for maintaining the system administration, technical and operational guidance of systems and tools to support current and future work of functional business processes

Duties

Maintains fully operational system applications, systems, logic, and tools to support functional business areas Proactively validates data accuracy, analyzes system and functional capability effects, and remediates issues to resolve data quality and compatibility process blocks Develops and coordinates new or revised complex processes, policies, methods, and best practices throughout the various supply chain functions Develops, coordinates, and delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems execution training on new and existing supply chain functions

Requirements

  • One year probationary period, unless already completed
  • Secret Clearance
  • Temporary Duty (TDY) up to 25%
  • This position has a Data Analytics requirement. The incumbent must meet all requirements for Data Analytics level two (2) certification within 24 months of being placed on the position

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Utilizing the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to conduct sales order processing; AND 2) Extensive knowledge of the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) business processes and execution within the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP); AND 3) Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Sourcing and Distribution policies/ regulations; AND 4) Resolving LMP systemic issues affecting the AMC enterprise.
