About the Position: Serve as a Management Analyst with the responsibility for providing analytical guidance for matters relating to operational readiness and management issues. Work under the general direction of the Real Property Asset Management Division Chief. Serve as the principal advisor to the Branch and Division Chiefs for all facets of the Division budget. Incumbent has alternate responsibility for contract service requirements in support of the Division.

Duties

Analyze statistical data on facilities and services to support Installation readiness and implementation of Builder/enterprise Sustainment Management System. Consolidate multi-million dollar requirements for development of the Division spend plan. Perform as the contracting officer representative for the Installation Status Report, Headquarters Installation Information System, Real Property Planning and Army Stationing and Installation Plan, and Installation Decision Support. Monitor the Army's business practices initiatives and long range installation management needs and develop policies and programs to improve installation facility planning and management. Provide management analysis expertise and skill in evaluating readiness and support systems. Serve as the principal advisor to the Branch and Division Chiefs for all facets of the Division budget.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• This position may require occasional TDY travel up to 5% of the time.
