Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience managing resources and programs, driving operational planning initiatives, fostering organizational improvements, and streamlining program delivery.
Experience providing data analysis and contract management to include developing objectives, overseeing contractor performance, and aligning efforts with contractual goals.
Experience contributing towards agency-wide policies directly affecting efficiency and effectiveness of the Federal Transit Administration.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Operational Planning: the process of implementing strategic plans and objectives to reach specific goals.
Data Analysis: obtaining raw data, and subsequently converting it into information useful for decision-making by users.
Communications: exchanging ideas, thoughts, opinions, knowledge, and data so that the message is received and understood with clarity and purpose.
Contract Management: managing contracts, deliverables, deadlines, contract terms and conditions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
