Duties
You will serve as a Supervisor for the NAVWAR Business Analytics Office (BAO) (NAVWAR 12110), assigned to the NAVWAR Finance Competency.
You will perform supervisory performance management responsibilities and civilian performance management carried out In compliance with NAVWAR/APS
policy and other governing principles.
You will provide analysis support to the Headquarters, PEOs, and Echelon III organizations to develop and implement integrated command business management and financial processes and systems that deliver best business practices.
You will provide senior leadership to various workgroups consisting of both government and contractor support personnel to collectively accomplish the management of goals of the Business Analytics Office.
You will respond to data calls including data analysis, data call facilitation/coordination, presentation preparation to senior NAVWAR leadership and related efforts.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-3 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Overseeing the approval of funding documents in accordance with appropriation law and policies; assisting in the development and formulation of policies and procedures; AND supervising all efforts associated with developing, justifying, and monitoring the budget and execution of assigned appropriations.
