You will serve as a Business Management Specialist in the Performance Operations Management and Support Division, MRO Production Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will perform analysis to determine the most efficient means to structure and implement a new business process.
You will develop processes that detail how a given business system is used to perform daily depot business operations.
You will document and manage configuration of depot business application processes via written process guides.
You will maintain oversight and audit how business systems are utilized to ensure adherence to processes.
You will develop ad hoc reports using a variety of query tools in order to research data inconsistencies, business processes, and anticipate problems.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing new business processes that detail how business systems are used to perform daily depot business operations; 2) Determining the most efficient means to structure business processes; 3) Reviewing system data to ensure process guides are being followed; 4) Developing ad hoc reports using a variety of query tools in order to research data inconsistencies; and 5) Utilizing applications within the NAVAIR Depot Maintenance System to ensure all work processes are completed with time and cost parameters while also meeting quality standards.
