You will serve as a Management Analyst of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will present findings and recommendations for improvements to managers.
You will prepare written presentations designed to gain acceptance of recommendations.
You will evaluate internal and external strategic factors that influence the scope of work performed.
You will examine problems or operating issues that impact an organization.
You will be responsible for the direction and performance of all administrative support functions and associated managerial tasking support of the Senior Leaders
You will plan and arrange sensitive domestic and foreign travel documents and plan, prepare, and coordinate schedules, itineraries, passport/visa requests, lodging, and travel accounting; plan and support the transportation of material and people.
You will review all correspondence/assessments/packages for content, accuracy, and completeness by ensuring information, background, and references are complete and editing for appropriate format, grammar, and spelling.
You will compile and evaluate information from staff meetings and weekly reports and determine required actions; task actions to appropriate offices; plan, develop, and maintain a system to generate reminders for completion deadlines.
You effectively plan and resolve complex administrative problems by scheduling, and when necessary, rescheduling, planned meetings, identifying appropriate contacts, administering databases and files, and finding new information sources.
You will plan, collaborate, and coordinate with Front Office administrative team to ensure for seamless workflow for Front Office's senior executives and senior military officers.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For The GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administrating and/or command programs, business operations in order to advise leaders and other key stakeholders in making informed decisions on program, planning, budget, execution and/or police issues; Evaluating and/or forecasting potential requirements, de-conflicting problems, and/or planning and projecting time for historically recurring requirements; Scheduling, planning, managing, and/or implementing daily meetings, special projects, ranging from de-conflicting schedules and active time management; Planning for travel, making recommendations for senior level engagements, utilizing official systems to accomplish orders and serve as steward of government resources.
For The GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Drafting, reviewing, and/or editing written materials, including program guidance, informational/decision memoranda, pre-meeting background briefings, talking points for meetings, speeches, testimony, and/or decision proposals/justifications; Developing and/or providing briefings and reports to leadership on program issue status including justifying and defending proposals and requests for resources in order to influence guidance and decision making.
