At the full performance level, incumbent coordinates and carries out special projects and studies covering many areas of SSA's personnel program. Performs works of analytical, technical and advisory nature in connection with the goals of the Agency's personnel management program.
Duties
Participates in a variety of studies, analyses and projects in personnel related areas. Prepares reports, replies to special correspondence and comments on matters relating to the staff.
Coordinates and develops special reports involving difficult problems in the personnel/human resources areas, analysis programs, and provides guidance as required to assure consistency of approach.

Qualifications
WHO MAY APPLY: Applications will only be accepted from applicants eligible for one of the following categories.

HOW TO QUALIFY: Eligible applicants must meet the following qualification requirements.
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-11 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience must include work that involves: performing security investigations by implementing suitability polices and regulations, AND providing updates to stakeholders/supervisors.
