About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
Duties
Analysts then determine costs and benefits of different levels of program operations.
The incumbent will interpret information to determine the quality and relevance of information to be used for decision-making.
This analysis will be at the course report level and links to Management Decision Package (MDEP) and Army Management Structure Codes (AMSCO) funded levels.
The incumbent utilizes strategic planning, management scorecards, business driver metrics, reviewing and monitoring of costs inherent in the business.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Temporary duty (TDY) business travel is required approximately 10 percent of the time.
- Position requires incumbent to complete a Financial Management Certification within 2 years of hire date.
