You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the N3, Operations Directorate BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
Duties
You will oversee Navy Medicine enterprise-wide readiness reporting utilizing the Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP) and the Defense Readiness Reporting System - Strategic (DRRS-S) .
You will review monthly assessments in DRRS-S and RCRP and report findings.
You will prepare and deliver executive correspondence and briefings to senior leadership.
You will manage the Navy Medicine's RCRP contract, contractor performance and program enhancement efforts.
You will prepare and submit RCRP Purchase Requests and ensure timely reconciliation of RCRP contract obligations.
You will provide training on the DRRS-S program to subordinate units.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience performing hands-on data analysis, feedback, and instruction using the Defense Readiness Reporting System Strategic Program;
Experience performing federal contract support duties;
Experience utilizing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes and procedures;
Experience preparing and presenting executive correspondence and briefings to senior leadership.
