About the Position: United States (US) Army Nuclear and CWMD Agency (USANCA) is a Field Operating Agency of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (ODCS), G-3/5/7, Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA).

Duties

Serve as the CWMD Interoperability Analyst under the supervision of the Chief, NCID. Employee serves as lead for interoperability integration into national, theater, and US led exercises. Lead action officer for multi-domain protection interoperability efforts within the American, British, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand Armies (ABCANZ) Ensure interoperability program objectives are clearly articulated to support, attain, and align with US objectives and strategic goals. Coordinate multinational integration into training and exercises to validate standards and improve the national and multinational interoperability of allies and partners. Interpret and recommend policies and instructions for the formulation, justification, planning, budgeting, and execution of exercise events and supporting scenarios. Review, evaluate, and contribute to the development of US CWMD publications such as doctrine; and multinational CWMD standards and publications. Provide guidance and direction in carrying out training and exercise events and ensures achievement of progressive improvements and economy in all operations.
