About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Cyber Center of Excellence, Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.

Duties

Serve as a Training Technician using technical knowledge of the theories, principles, and practices, and techniques of training and education. Design and develop training Products for U.S. Army Signal School prepotency common military subjects. Research, analyze, evaluate, and develop training materials, guides, methods, and aids for courses for common military subjects. Collect and analyze training data and reports and provides the statistical results to the Chief, Operations Branch, senior leadership, and managers. Assist in analyzing training support packages, to include task analysis, task summaries, lesson plans, practical exercises, and training tests modules, specific learning objectives and activities and audiovisual instruction materials. Assist in writing/reviewing/coordinating of training support packages, training plans, program of instruction, course and student guides, and coordinates products with appropriate offices.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
• Temporary duty (TDY) business travel may be required approximately 25 percent of the time.
