Duties
You will implement and provide technical and administrative assistance on solid waste Management and Recycling Program.
You will Monitor inspect activities and processes to assess current practices.
You will advise the recycling program manager of program status.
You will be responsible for the oversight of the solid waste reduction and recycling program.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: implementing resource recovery and reduction, recycling, and waste minimization procedures; insuring a wide variety of recyclable materials are identified, classified, segregated, and delivered, containerized, stored properly, safeguarded; and. delivered and/or picked up properly in compliance.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on an equivalent combination of education and experience as follows:
Master's or equivalent graduate degreeor2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
or
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent.
