Duties
Provide administrative support regarding civilian personnel issues to include awards, decorations, civilian performance evaluations, employment, restudies, etc.
Advise management on civilian manpower actions and issues.
Implement the Commands Army Performance Management and Incentive Award programs.
Plan, conduct, and implement comprehensive analytical studies of structures, proposed reorganizations and/or realignment of the Command functions.
Develop Command policy dealing with organizational resource functions, such as Standing Operations Procedures (SOPs), position papers, and other informational papers for all assigned program areas.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- This position requires 10% travel.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing guidance or administrative support regarding civilian human resource personnel issues such as awards, decorations, position management, civilian performance evaluations and employment; assisting with the implementation of Performance Management and Incentive Award programs; assisting or advising management on realignment of personnel; participating in studies to analyze, forecast and establish civilian personnel requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
