You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Marine Force Storage Command of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND.
Duties
You will prepare Requests for Personnel Action (RPA) for personnel action including reassignments, promotions, details and resignations.
You will collaborate with HR Advisors on classification actions, position management and compensation and Manage to Payroll (MTP).
You will assist with administering the performance management program, tracking suspense requirements for evaluations, preparing statistical and narrative reports, spreadsheets and documents and performing records management.
You will serve as MFSC's Training Coordinator managing training requirements, analyzing training course costs and benefits, scheduling training and recommending courses of action to meet training requirements.
You will assist in establishing personnel policies, SOPs and directives.
You will analyze manpower data and develop manning and organizational charts and reports.
You will service as MSFC's Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) and Government Travel Credit Card (GTC) Agency Program Manager.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position requires a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position. I am willing and able to submit to a SCHR check.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Processing personnel actions, assisting with performance management, analyzing manpower data AND establishing workforce planning policies, SOPs and directives.
