Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as developing strategic and budgetary plans and implementing programs in order to achieve program and policy objectives.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:

Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods, available data systems to support evaluations, and statistical methods
Knowledge of federal budgetary and financial management principles

Ability to communicate analysis and results to a broad audience
Ability to provide counsel to and interact with senior management officials within and outside of the Agency
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
