Duties

Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System processes, policies, and directives. Facilitate the capability sponsor in the development, staffing, approval, and submission of the follow-on Requirements Documents to the command for validation. Identify Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy solution sets to mitigate or resolve capability gaps. Lead efforts to identify and integrate all data and information related to the management of capability portfolios.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on an SSBI with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
• In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
• TDY travel is required 10% or less of the time.
• Maybe required to serve a one-year probationary period.
