You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL) in the S-4 INSTALLATION AND LOGISTICS DEPT of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR.
Duties
You will manage specific HQMC sponsored M2/R2 Projects from validation through construction.
You will accept closeout materials (O and M Manuals, As-Builts, etc.), and provides coordination of occupancy (furniture/equipment moves, utilities, check in, completion of punch list; etc.) with the user.
You will be responsible for the preparation of a wide variety of engineering studies and/or analyses for the effective management of Class I and II property at MCAS Miramar.
You will nfluence selection of service provider and contract type.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ability to use problem solving and negotiation skills to resolve complex construction and contracting issues; ability to use written and oral communications to communicate regularly with our customer, execution agent and contractors and knowledge and experience in facilities, construction trades, and facility projects from conception through warranty.
