Duties

Serve as an ordering official with the responsibility of procuring subsistence from major commercial distributors in accordance with the Prime Vendor Program. Research transactions, verify accuracy, reconcile accounts and provide corrective action and adjustments to bring accounts into agreement. Research, review, analyze and verify accuracy of subsistence data, pinpoint discrepancies and initiate action to reconcile financial accounts.

Requirements

  • This position may require the incumbent to travel (TDY) up to 5% of the times.
  • This position requires the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a Tier 1 (NACI) security clearance.
  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent to pass a pre-employment physical.
  • This position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a forklift operator certificate within 6 months.
