This position is located at the Fort Campbell Hooper Bowling Center. This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Duties

In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery. Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc. Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to work during the hours of operations to include some nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The Hooper Bowling Center is open seven days a week. The majority of our business is accomplished during evenings and Saturdays and Sundays. Candidates must be willing to work those hours.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements are: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
