This position is located at Java Cafe (Smith Gym) which is a part of Fort Moore Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). This is a flexible position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Duties

Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff. Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.
