Duties
You will Assists, advises, develops, designs, and implements administrative and operational procedures, systems and methods that ensure effective and efficient direct interface with the private partner during day-to-.day business operations.
You will coordinate daily with Public Private Venture (PPV) Management Personnel in maintaining Referral, assignment, and financial Electronics Funds Transactions (En) of all service members in the privatized government housing.
You will responsible to ensure the Unit Diary System input as it relates to the military privatized housing assignment and termination program.
You will act as MCAS Beaufort primary oversight coordinator for the privatization initiative. Determines if opportunities exist to improve oversight and determines if the project is meeting occupancy expectations.
You will ensures appropriate Base Housing representation at a variety of off-Base activities affecting Marine Corps Housing such as City Council Meetings, Police and Fire Department Meetings, and School Board Meetings as required.
You will ensure the appropriate representation is available at a variety of OnBase briefing, e.g., housing transitional meetings, base utility meetings, family orientations, pre-deployment briefs, and Community Town Hall meetings
You will evaluate complaints and advise the partner and tenant on appropriate course for resolution.
You will act as the alternate for budget submissions in the absence of the Community Support supervisor.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting, advising, developing, designing, and implementing administrative and operational procedures, systems and methods that ensure effective and efficient direct interface with the private partner during day-to-day business operations. Design, prepare and utilize administrative forms that assist in day-today interface with the private partner; coordinates the collection of statistical data concerning assignment, occupancy, and utilization of housing assets; analyzes data, develops, prepares, and submits required reports to higher authority and assist, advises, develops, designs, and implements incentive performance management criteria.

Master's or equivalent graduate degree
