Duties
Manages a cross functional team in developing digital services that deliver value to the internal DLA workforce
contd and external stakeholders by leveraging industry best standards for user experience and interface design through a low-code/no-code platform.
Fosters regular engagement with stakeholders, builds trust and rapport to effectively balance stakeholders’ needs with strategic priorities.
Provides supervisory oversight of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessing and improving customer success outcomes and value.
Responsible for exercising broad program management responsibilities for assigned areas, evaluating staffing, realigning personnel and workload to accommodate mission requirements, develops plans and goals and sets priorities for subordinate teams.
Establishes and/or leads governance processes for business capability development to ensure UI/UX standards and unified customer experience guidelines are incorporated by development teams prior to production.
Fosters an environment of respect, diversity, equity, inclusion collaboration, innovation, continuous learning and commitment to user experience across the team and agency.
Monitors technical and operational aspects of broad programmatic issues to ensure successful completion of milestones, recommending changes or solutions to problems or redirection of efforts, as required.
Coordinates closely with DLA PEO leadership in achieving the overall vision for customer experience.
Completes performance appraisals and contributes to professional development and continuous learning opportunities for subordinate staff.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Program Manager (IT SOLUTIONS), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Manages aspects of projects such as evaluation of staffing, realignment of personnel and workload to accommodate mission requirements.
Manages subordinate supervisors and employees in all aspects of project management by analyzing, identifying, and tracking standard metrics for software development.
Communicates of project management data and goals to superiors and subordinates effectively.
Administer and manage IT projects associated with the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application software.
Analyzes customer functional requirements and assisting in the design of Automated Information Systems (AIS) to support those requirements.
Identifies and resolves customer support problems.
Monitors and controls end-user access to enterprise level applications.
Develops, reviews and executes interface agreements with customers.
