About the Position: Serves as the Program Analyst for the Army Joint Munitions Command (JMC) Operations Center Battle Rhythm Planner, provides operational information, guidance, and oversight for training plans and readiness reporting within the headquarters and in coordination with Army depots, plants, munitions centers, and activities.

Duties

Execute plans and prepares analysis for the Army Joint Munitions Command (JMC) Operations Center. Initiate change to Command policies and procedures to sustain initiatives, program objectives, best business practices, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with AMC and JMC leadership and staff, installation commanders/staff to implement and sustain initiatives, program objectives, best practices, and continuous improvement. Prepare documents to include After Action Reports (AARs), Incident Reports, Exercise Message traffic, Mission Messages, Warning/Fragmentary/Operation Orders, ensuring the information is complete, organized, accurate, and correctly formatted. Use knowledge of command structure, missions, programs and organizational relationships to compose reports, set requirements, and influence operations.

Requirements

  • Must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Position requires temporary duty (TDY) business travel approximately 15% of the time.
