Duties
The Financial Management Specialist oversees tasks concerning accounts receivable, revenue forecasting, budget supervision and implementation, as well as funds management and transfer coordination.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience: You qualify for this position if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal Service. For this position, specialized experience is defined as:
Utilizing budget principles and concepts while executing diverse financial and budget-related tasks.
Overseeing all facets of accounts receivable management; AND
Monitoring and appropriately allocating Federal and Trust funds, as well as scrutinizing revenue projections based on booking data within the data system.
OR
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field of study such as business administration.
OR
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a graduate degree in a field of study such as business administration.Or a Combination: Education and experience may be combined to meet the basic qualifications.
