You will serve as an Equipment Specialist in the Enterprise Systems Engineering Division of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, Washington (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).
Duties
You will conduct team meetings to analyze problems and formulate solutions for complex problems.
You will determine the technical and logistic requirements for single or multiple concurrent SHIPALT installations.
You will perform or monitor post installation testing and evaluate the results to ensure system operability.
You will develop and implement sound processes to ensure and improve cost, schedule and technical performance.
You will evaluate project performance and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies involving processes and resources.
You will document the progress of the team in meetings and establish goals and requirements.
You will monitor contractor schedule, technical, and quality performance and report that progress to management.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing maintenance and modernization installation to ensure ship or submarine alterations for shipyard or shore-based facilities. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include drafting reports that convey accomplishments and achievements; providing briefs to managers and major organization stakeholders; setting and accomplishing goals with minimum supervision; identifying impacts of modernization on current submarine configuration.
