You will serve as a COLLECTION MANAGER within HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will ensure work products meet planning objectives and policy compliance.
You will provide overarching expertise in the support of full spectrum operations; manned and unmanned platform operations; kinetic and non-kinetic attacks.
You will support a team comprised of all-domain subject matter experts from across the Joint Force in the execution of integrated Joint Fires plans supporting command operations.

Requirements

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying knowledge of Joint Fires planning, policies, processes and procedures along with demonstrated experience in Joint Targeting Cycle planning, execution, and assessment.
2) Providing technical advice and administrative guidance regarding policies, procedures, and problem resolution.
3) Utilizing skills and processes necessary to apply and integrate joint lethal and non-lethal fires and effects.
4) Applying knowledge and experience with Joint Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action Planning processes and procedures and ability to develop and assess new policies, processes and procedures.
