You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the SUPPLY MANAGEMENT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE.

Duties

You will perform maintenance on multiple Responsible Officer Custodian Asset Report accounts within large organizations. You will prepare appointment letters, assists ROs in completing various supply forms and documents to adjust records according to the situation. You will file and maintain the issue record of any completed order or signed receipts requested by customers. You will represent the first line customer service representative and provide customer assistance and service to all aspects of the Base Property's Customer Support Section. You will perform additional customer service support and assistance to include comprehensive processing of property requests and temporary loan of equipment requests.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This is a bargaining unit position.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing customer service to supply inquiries; conducting inventory of supplies; and utilizing automated supply systems.
