You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the SUPPLY MANAGEMENT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Duties
You will provide procurement support to multiple supply and purchasing activities to ensure the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services.
You will screen Non-Availability Statement (NAS), Information Technology (IT) Waivers, Base Property Waivers, Statement of Work (SOW) for all purchases processed through Government Purchase Card transactions.
You will review and process Referral orders for validity and accuracy by ensuring each order resides in the appropriate Point of Sale (POS) system for commodities.
You will research guidance materials to explain regulatory and policy changes to employees and supported organizations as needed.
You will provide assistance in monitoring the tracking and acceptance of all procured equipment and/or material and services to ensure information is provided to financial and supply accountability systems.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing supply administration to include reviewing supply transactions, analyzing discrepancies, and producing required reports for proper accounting.
