As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.This incumbent will serve as a Team Manager for Program Implementation Management Team in the Central Service Center, Planning and Requirements Group.
Duties
Directs the work of subordinate employees and/or managers for multiple organizational units/project/programs and across multiple function and/or disciplines within a major subdivision.

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

- Security Requirements: Moderate Risk (5): This position requires completion & favorable adjudication of a Tier 2 (T2) background investigation prior to appointment, unless a waiver is obtained and approved.
- Note: Selections may be made for any team within Planning and Requirements Group.
Qualifications
Specialized Experience: To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-J or FG/GS-14 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience includes: Program and project management experience in federal programs involving acquisition, deployment, sustainment, improvement of facilities using capital investment program funding.
