This position is located in the Washington, DC Commuting Area, USAID Annex, 500 D Street, SW, Washington, DC, in the Bureau for Global Health, Office of the Assistant Adminstrator at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Duties

Evaluate and manage centrally-administered programs, perform the full range of project management functions for public health programs, including serving as a C/AOR; manage and evaluate centrally managed grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts. Prepare concept papers and background analyses for new Center activities, and draft RFAs, RFPs, project evaluation summaries, project management plans, practical indicators, and other project documentation. Develop or assure preparation of scopes of work and budgets for technical assistance, and prepare justification memoranda for funding and implementation of grants, contracts, and inter-agency agreements. Direct public health activities in innovation, market access, and scale-up in coordination and partnership with other Bureau and Mission staff as appropriate. Participate in the development of strategies, plans, program guidance, and dissemination of program and research results for Agency-wide application to health programs. Contribute to formulating Agency positions on innovation, digital health, scaling effective approaches, etc. to deliver public health impact.

Qualifications
