About the Position: Serves as the UX/ Decision Suport Branch Chief within the Workforce Integration Division, Enterprise Systems Directorate, Ft. Lee, VA. The Division provides a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Sustainment Information Systems (SIS) services including capability development, communications, training, development and administration, metrics and analytics, and systems documentation IAW DoDi 5000.75.
Duties
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the Army vision for the user experience to ensure the highest level of value, utility, and user satisfaction with ERP products and services.
Establish baseline measures to determine the overall satisfaction of the tactical user with SIS products, services, and tools.
Develop, maintain, and report on the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the Sustainment Information Systems (SIS) user experiences.
Perform survey research to assess customer feedback to detect areas of weakness and identify ways to strengthen customer loyalty and improve satisfaction with SIS products, services, and tools.
Participate in all levels of planning, development, and testing necessary to implement new user experience interfaces and analytic systems.
Prepare and present findings that creates responsive, human centered designed user interfaces and analytics.
Serve as Branch Chief within the Workforce Integration Division and provide advice, counsel or instructions subordinates.
Coordinate work based on priority cases, requirements of the assignment, and resources available.
Requirements

- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes operating within an ERP/SIS at an advanced level, using analytic tools to make timely decisions to improve operations. Experience creating unique user interface improvement recommendations to streamline user end-to end transaction execution. Provides leadership and direction and professional development to subordinates while executing the branch's mission to enhance SIS UI and analytics. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
