This position is part of the NPO. A successful candidate in this position is responsible for representing NPO management on assigned Safety Management Program(s) (SMP) for matters involving Worker Safety and Health Program (WSHP) (i.e., Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Construction Safety), Chronic Beryllium Disease Prevention Program (CBDPP), Integrated Safety Management Program (ISMS) and will serve as the Enterprise program manager for these assigned SMP areas.

PECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-2 or GS-12. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
serving on a team or supporting technical evaluations of contractor operational and implementation plans including in an industrial, nuclear, or non-nuclear facility; and
reviewing reports and processes to make recommendations to management on issues that may impact the safety and protection of the workers.
Examples of Specialized Experience:
1. Serving on a team supporting Environment, Safety, Health, or Quality functions.
2. Performing technical evaluations at industrial, nuclear, or non-nuclear facilities.
