You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Business Strategy Division, Business Directorate of NAVFAC OSF.

Duties

You will plan, coordinate, and lead executive governance meetings. You will analyze and evaluate the accomplishments of program objectives, developing reporting methods, and drafting change recommendations. You will provide specialized and technical assistance with studies and analyses and advising supervisor and senior analyst on findings, operations, and mission functions. You will collect and synthesize information into presentations and reports for executive governance meetings and strategic planning sessions. You will utilize MS Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office software applications. You will review policies and procedures to carry out administrative and management planning functions.

Requirements

  • This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.

Qualifications

For the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, coordinating, and leading executive governance meetings; 2) Engaging with stakeholders to task, collect, and synthesize information into presentations and reports for executive governance meetings and strategic planning sessions; 3) Utilizing MS Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office tools; 4) Analyzing and evaluating the accomplishments of program objectives, developing reporting methods, and drafting change recommendations; 5) Providing specialized and technical assistance with studies and analyses and advising supervisor and senior analyst on findings, operations, and mission functions. For the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, coordinating, and providing support for executive governance meetings; 2) Collecting and synthesizing information into presentations and reports for executive governance meetings and strategic planning sessions; 3) Utilizing MS Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office software applications; 4) Reviewing policies and procedures to carry out administrative and management planning functions. Education

For the GS-11: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree with a major study in a field related to the position

OR

Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree with a major study in a field related to the position

OR

OR

A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
