You will serve as a INFRASTRUCTURE LIASON OFFICER in the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY of MARINE FORCES PACIFIC.
Duties
You will plan, coordinate, organize, and develop infrastructure requirements designed to enhance the endurance and effectiveness of Marine Corps forces.
You will serve as a technical expert in infrastructure development, participate in collaborative planning, process shaping, validation, and synchronization of strategic infrastructure requirements.
You will coordinate with higher, adjacent, and subordinate commands, and other military services, federal agencies, etc. on infrastructure planning and development actions.
You will conduct site visits and site surveys individually or in conjunction with adjacent, subordinate, or higher command visits to assist with infrastructure master plan development.
You will identify issues, problems and deficiencies and develop strategies and solutions to correct or improve them.
You will generate written guidelines, briefs and information papers regarding infrastructure planning process maps.
You will maintain programmatic and administrative reference materials, project files, vignettes, background document, policies, procedures and internal guidelines to support infrastructure-planning efforts.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting Federal laws, regulations and guidelines applicable to infrastructure development and execution; plan, assess, evaluate infrastructure requirements; application of qualitative and/or quantitative methods of complex management processes and systems.
