You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MANPOWER AND RESERVE AFFAIRS of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Duties

You will participate and/or lead enterprise and local Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects, training or initiatives. You will be responsible for the planning, progress, and completion of large CPI Lean Six Sigma projects. You will be required to successfully complete Black Belt training. You will be responsible for continuing to develop his or her CPI skills and capabilities through experience and additional training/courses.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading enterprise and local process improvement projects, training, and/or initiatives through the application of Lean Six Sigma (LLS) or other business transformation methodologies such as benchmarking, statistical analysis, process flow charting, and risk management (risk management experience will ideally include familiarity with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-123).
