About the Position: As an Operations and Integration Specialist for the Long Range Precision Fires CFT, at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, you will work to rapidly transition leader-approved capability requirements, technology, developmental capabilities & innovative solutions for integration and synchronization into the acquisition process as well as develop, acquire, field and sustain affordable integrated state of the art equipment to improve Soldier dominance in Army operations today and in the future.

Duties

Serve as Operations and Integration Specialist for Cross Functional Team ensuring mission accomplishment. Responsible for serving as the Lead for projects requiring integration across Cross Functional Teams, Program Executive Offices, Centers of Excellence, industry, and academia. Responsible for internal and external Cross Functional Team coordination and integration of priority programs. Provide technical advice during industry engagements, interoperability initiatives, Senior Leader Touchpoints, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) funding priorities and strategy, and Capability Portfolio Reviews Responsible for the development of short and long range developmental plans for the Organization. Responsible for managing and cross leveling information among a complex set of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • A two year probationary period may be required in accordance with agency policy.
  • This Position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 15% of the time.
