You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Operations Department of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR.
Duties
You will serve as the administrative management analyst to the Department Director and Deputy Director of the Operations Department
You will provide technical advice and assistance while preparing a variety of recurring and special reports
You will use database or spreadsheet applications to enter, revise, sort and retrieve data for reports
You will be responsible for department supply, inventory, reconciliation and ordering materials.

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- This position is considered Key/Non-Combat Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support of the expeditionary requirements in other than combat or combat support situations.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current vehicle government permit.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing administrative work by researching, analyzing, and collecting data for the use of preparation of reports. You have experience composing and preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, records, and statistical material required to support command missions. You also receive office visitor and screen calls and inquiries to select those which can be handled from personal knowledge of program activity. You work with product and services process managers and prepare the draft annual business plan to include change in labor/non-labor requirements based on projected workload, budgetary constraints and prior year budget. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Compile and distributes reports for proposed program goals, staffing levels and performance criteria; 2) Summit for review and processing to the Business department all HRO tracker requests for personnel actions for all departmental personnel actions; 3) Monitor business plan execution using financial data provided by the business office and Enterprise Resource Planning

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-09 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree, LL.B, J.D., or have completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to such a degree. One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.GS-09
COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Combinations of successfully completed graduate education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.
