You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Exercise Team Lead, COMMANDER, US PACIFIC FLEET, DIRECTOR MARITIME HEADQUARTERS, TOTAL FLT FORCE MPWR & PERS, FLEET MANNING & OPS, EXERCISE, PLANS AND IA of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.
Duties
You will serve as Team Lead for the PACFLT Exercise Team, consisting of 2 military and 1 civilian analysts.
You will serve as the Lead Management Analyst for Exercises in the Total Force Manpower and Personnel Directorate (N1).
You will evaluate/ analyze the feasibility of TYCOMs, Numbered Fleets and Direct Reporters to provide personnel to satisfy specific tasking from Combatant Commanders for exercises.
You will manage the COMPACFLT Contingency JMD structure.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing analysis, evaluation and improvement for effectiveness and efficiency of management and business programs and policies by assessing findings and identifying trends or deficiencies to provide continuous performance improvement initiatives.
