About the Position: This Management Analyst NH-0343-03 is located at Program Executive Office International Program Office ASA (ALT),Orlando, FL.
Duties
Performs duties as liaison to the servicing Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) and for all aspects of the human resources process and personnel recruit actions for the organization.
Responsible for procedures concerning manpower planning/execution concepts; application of accepted practices; and the Identification of solutions on manpower management.
Prepare Request for Personnel Action (RPA) reviews, Total Distribution Allowance (TDA), Table of Allowance (TOA) authorizations and historical data.
Performs management analysis surveys and studies of assigned programs with primary interest on the utilization of various types of personnel (contractor, government matrix and core, etc.).
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel away from your permanent duty station requirement of up to 10% of the time.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Thes definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02 or GS-11
equivalent. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Assist with the organization's Total Distribution Allowance (TDA)/staffing plans; 2) Providing recommendations on modifications to policies and regulatory guidelines that may have impact on program operations and or staffing; 3) Managing personnel actions in the organization to include initiating Request for Personnel Actions for hiring; 4) Performing administrative tasks such as; drafting internal policies, developing manuals, and preparing statistical reports for submission to senior officials
