About the Position: Headquarters, US Army Forces Command Fort Liberty, North Carolina. Fort Bragg is a culturally diverse area with rural and city populations, co-located at Fayetteville, NC centrally located in the beautiful state of North Carolina, which enjoys a temperate year-round climate and world-renowned colleges and universities. Fayetteville is centrally located between the beautiful beaches of North Carolina and the scenic Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains.
Duties
Serves as a Management Official by participating in the formulation, determination, or influence of Department of the Army and FORSCOM Policies by developing, reviewing and providing recommended additions.
Changes, or deletions from Army and FORSCOM regulations., execution orders, and other directives that prescribe compliance of Army and FORSCOM organizations, Soldiers, and employees.
Utilizes advanced analytical and evaluative methods analyzing cross functional, technical, organizational and Army Command (ACOM) boundaries related to DS.
Performs required senior management review and approval under often demanding time constraints in order to comply with FORSCOM RMIC and HQDA submission guidelines.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 11). Experience in automation, communications, and records management; 2). Experience with the Defense Travel System; 3) Experience in Time Attendance management; 4). Experience in Risk Management Internal Control (RMIC) Program policies and procedures to support comprehensive management control initiatives; and 5). Experience in manpower, Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA), personnel, Command Plan principles and practices to effectively manage Resource Management (RM) initiatives in a continually evolving Information System (IS) environment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
