The primary purpose of the Visual Information Specialist is to grasp the narrative behind data, preparing materials to share with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, while also conducting user research and developing reports to optimize the National Gallery's digital platforms and programs by identifying trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the GS-2210-14. A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. For this position, specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, designing digital products for a museum or cultural institution. Rather, you must show in your resume how your past work experience demonstrates that you possess the KSAs identified below.
