This position is in the Juror Office of the Special Operations Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The Juror Specialist performs administrative, clerical, and customer service work to support juror services in compliance with the Superior Court Jury Plan, applicable provisions of the D.C. Code, court rules, the Juror Office business processes, standard operating procedures, and the Superior Court Customer Service Protocol.

- Background and security investigation are required.
- A probationary period of one (1) year must be successfully completed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus five (5) years of administrative or clerical experience in a court, legal, or office environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Education Substitution:
An associate degree plus three (3) years of administrative or clerical experience in a court, legal, or office environment.
A bachelor's degree plus (1) year of administrative or clerical experience in a court, legal, or office environment.
